WineSong Italia (Orvieto) organizes trips for Chinese wine importers. The trip organization includes everything from pick up at the airport to the drop at the airport at the end of the trip. Visa assistance (invitation letter) will be provided for applying at the Italian consulate.  The trip can be tailored to the need of the importer. 

The basic trip consists in:

-  5 days trip with transport from and to Rome airport

- Overnight stay ( typical Umbrian guesthouses and farmstays)

- Lunch and dinner in typical Italian trattoria

- Transport in car from Johannes Keizer, consultancies

- visiting 5 wineries, which can be selected by us or by the importer

- translation service from Italian to English

the package price for this trip is  1200 Euro/person, when travelling as a couple 1000 Euro/Person (not including the flight)

The basic trip can be complemented by extra services

• - translation service  from Italian to Chinese  (500 Euros)
• - Limousine with chauffeur for groups bigger than 3 ( 2000 Euro)
• - overnight stay in luxury retreats (400 Euro/person)
• - 2 dinners in Michelin Star restaurants (200 Euro/person)

The trip has to be paid in advance. If the importer buys wine from the visited wineries, the money for the trip will be discounted from the purchase amount up to  3%, this means by buying wine for 40,000 Euro, the basic  trip is  free.
